The property is beautiful- spacious, airy and very clean. The owner was very responsive to all communications and easy to work with. The only complaint would be one night of loud music from the establishment across the street, otherwise it’s a very quiet neighborhood.

My friend and I go on two to three short trips each year as mini girls trips. This was a great apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and in a great location to explore Wilmington and just a short drive to the beach! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Quick trip

Apartment just as advertised. Perfect for two people. Was in town for a quick trip of golf and sightseeing. Decided to avoid the beach. Coffee shop and hipster bar across the street were just right despite my friend and I being boomers. Neighborhood has lots of cool spots, Wilmington quite the cool town. A mini-Savannah I think. Parking was easy.

Very comfortable place near the heart of Wilmington. Perfect spot for us in this two bedroom condo. No issues at all. Parking on the street was easy. Great communication by the host. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing property, in an amazing location. Host responded quickly to any question I had, provided ample information about the neighborhood, and then some. If and when I come back to Wilmington, this will be my go to spot. If you stay, Brooklyn Cafe across the street is a must for donuts.

Perfect place to stay in Wilmington!

You will love staying here! It is quiet, clean, spacious, very conveniently located and has all the amenities. My sister and I walked to the river walk and also to a neighborhood bar down the street that had an outside band. So nice. The beds are super comfy and we slept great. We’ll be back!

Perfect location l, was nice walk to Riverwalk. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. Property was very clean. Had everything we needed. Loved that there was a coffee shop and bar right across the street, but it was a little noisy into the late hours of the evening at the bar.

Great Stay in Wilmington!

We loved this property and the neighborhood! Plenty of room, nice furnishings, and the location made this perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again. Wilmington was a beautiful city with plenty to do and the history was amazing.

Honestly, one of the best VRBO's I've ever booked!!!

My adult daughter and I booked this for a weekend trip to Wilmington around a concert at the Live Oak Bank Pavillion and we loved it! The apartment/condo was clean and super cute! We parked on Friday night and walked all weekend. We're in easy distance of the Cotton Exchange, River Walk and the concert venue. Great food and drinks everywhere we went, super nice people in the neighborhood. 12/10 would stay here again!!!

Perfect Location!

Perfect spot to stay for a family wedding! The accommodations were great. We had everything we needed in the unit and more. The welcome wine, snacks and local info was much appreciated. As two women staying alone, we felt very safe and secure in the building and area. The Brooklyn Cafe across the street was so good and convenient for coffee and bagels or beignets. We walked down to the Cotton Exchange and Riverwalk to enjoy the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Wilmington, NC! The place was not only clean and spacious but also ideally located. The host went above and beyond, providing clear instructions and accurate photos, which made our stay seamless and comfortable. The welcoming gift, including a bottle of wine and a thoughtful thank you card, was a delightful touch that made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Wilmington.

Great stay

It was great to be back in my hometown. It is amazing to me to see how much Wilmington has grown and changed over the years since I lived there. We had a great stay. We were welcomed with a thank-you and snacks, which we much appreciated. There was a restaurant and coffee shop right across the street, which was very convenient. We only had one issue, which was that the elevator was not working, and we were staying on the third floor. Even though it was not the owner's fault, he compensated us for the inconvenience. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Friend’s Wedding Weekend

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO rental! The accommodations were spotless upon arrival, and everything looked exactly like the pictures—if not better. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet still peaceful and private. What really made this rental special were the thoughtful touches throughout the space. From extra blankets and pillows to welcome snacks and a bottle of wine, it was clear the hosts had put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We also appreciated the helpful guidebook with local recommendations. Overall, this place had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and we can’t wait to come back!
