Because of the current conditions the amenities aren’t open, The staff is doing a good job of providing information on what is available nearby to fill the gap.

Spotless rooms. Accommodating receptionist. It’s too bad the pandemic is ruining a lot of good things. Basically I prefer the Hilton facility over your competitor. Especially this last trip coming from Florida and traveling up north staying at different facilities for three nights
