Our only complaint was the bedding. we had a king bed and the sheets did not fit the mattress it was an uncomfortable sleep as they constantly got bunched up or came off the mattress. it appeared to me that housekeeping used 2 top sheets to make up the bed, therefore the bottom sheet did not fit at all.............

The hotel is in a great location especially for attending events at the Chase center. The hotel could do some little things to make it 5stars, like improve the breakfast offering. The eggs were terrible, very little bacon was available (and what was left was burnt). We went to breakfast at 8:30. No other protein options (greek yogurt). Bananas were all green. Additionally, an elevator was not working all weekend and the entrance was wet and very SLIPPERY. Bad weather weekend but extra mats should have been at the front entrance to make the tiles less slippery.
