The covered wraparound porch invites year-round, outdoor living while the expansive back deck is the perfect spot to enjoy the sun, grill, firepit and starry evenings. Bring your E-Bikes, Boat or beach toys for a quick 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride to Wrightsville Bch. The renovated FROG/media room offers the perfect space to retreat or stream movies after a long beach day.

This is the perfect vacation home for family or friend groups of all sizes.
The location is premiere, nestled on a large private lot, graced by wraparound porches, shady trees and friendly local neighbors.
A fully equipped kitchen affords opportunities for convenient meal prep while the family sized dining table comfortably accommodates group dining. Natural light abounds in the open-air living room with soaring ceilings offering a comfortable setting for entertaining or relaxing after active days exploring or beach going.
The separate FROG has been completely remodeled to comfortably sleep 4 with 2 trundle beds + new hybrid mattresses. Equipped with ceiling mounted projector for streaming movies or favorite channels, foosball table, bean bags, Smart TV, mini fridge and popcorn machine. This is the perfect space for adults and kids of all ages to enjoy some privacy, lounge and game time.
No one will feel cramped at the Waterman. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the front porch bistro, a favorite book on the screened in back porch, evening cocktails by the firepit or games in the backyard there is plenty of space here for you to relax, play, entertain and enjoy time with your favorite people or pets.
The home layout includes:

* 2 first floor bedrooms: One King bedroom and one Queen bedroom
* Full first floor bathroom with tub and shower
* 2nd floor hosts the airy primary King suite with walk-in closet, vaulted ceiling, en-suite bath, step in shower and jacuzzi tub.
* Additional play/flex room is the perfect inviting space for kids or infants with twin futon or pack and play.

This beautiful family oriented, residential neighborhood located mere minutes and a pleasant bike ride to Wrightsville Beach and Mayfaire Town Center with numerous local shopping, dining and entertainment options. UNCW campus is also just 5 minutes from the house so perfect for visiting families and students. The historic downtown Wilmington Riverfront is an easy 15 minute drive from the community. Relaxing get away!

Our family enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. Close to campus for an impromptu tour and only 10 minutes from the beach. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Great spot and a bonus that our pup could tag along!

The Waterman Cottage was a wonderful place for our family Thanksgiving. We were visiting one of our children and used the incredibly well stocked kitchen to cook a feast on Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for the five of us and the living room was a perfect place to relax and hangout. The location was close to everything. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Great trip to Wilmington!

We were visiting for a wedding, and this charming property was perfect for our group! We enjoyed the privacy of the back yard and there was plenty of space for all of us. The property manager was responsive to our few requests, and made it an excellent visit.

Heart of Wilmington

If you are visiting and don’t want the crowd at the beach, this property is great. It is close to UNCW, Downtown and any stores etc you would need. Good for a family with kids and good for two couples. Large back yard is very private and in general a very easy place to stay. Highly recommend.
