Welcome to our beautifully remodeled spacious retreat located in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to beaches, downtown, riverfront, shopping, dining, UNCW and medical centers.
Come enjoy our open concept floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. A game room for kids to experience old fashion favorite video games such as Galaga and Mrs PacMan. Our outdoor patio includes a grill, plenty of seating, and a gas firepit!
Our home is perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day.

Wilmington Getaway

We booked this house so we could access both the beaches and the downtown area. Was a short ride to both and the house was very spacious for our family of 6 that stayed there. Check in and out was easy and directions were clear and concise. It was very hot so we didn’t utilize the back yard area but looked like it would enjoyable during cooler evenings. Tom was very quick with his replies and we will book here again!

Great location, peaceful stay

This place was perfect for our party of 7. One teen and 6 adults. The game room/sleep area is ideal for older kids. Location is the best! Close to the riverfront, restaurants, historic mansions, battleship, Stanley Rheder park( where carnivorous plants can be seen in the wild). Host is very responsive and willing to address any issues at the property.

Great location and spacious

We enjoyed the comfort and convenient location of this beautifully remodeled brick Ranch. We were three adult couples and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed conversing on the comfortable sofas, and got good refreshing sleep on the comfortable beds. Having the game room and a nice outdoor space to relax in were bonuses. The house were very responsive! We enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect spot, only 5 minutes from my sons house and 10-15 minutes from everything. Whole Foods and Food Lion were right around the corner. Very peaceful neighborhood allowed for amazing sleep! Thank you Tom and Lora!
