The place was great. It was in a perfect spot and we especially loved the elevator. So convenient! The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, great supplies in the kitchen etc. The place is well thought out and the host was really responsive. Excellent location in the heart of Downtown Wilmington! Everything was walking distance that we wanted to do. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Contact with the host was wonderful as well! If you do have small children just be aware it can be loud at night due to people outside. 10/10 and already planning our next trip!

This is our second family vacation and our second time staying at this property! Everything about this place is magical! The location is incredible! Right in the heart of town!
