The Space:
Located in the Texas Hill Country, Terracotta Retreat is perfect for a group of up to 30 guests. This stunning property provides 5 separate accommodations in a peaceful oasis for visitors to relax and unwind. Five miles from downtown Wimberley, guests can easily access the area's lively attractions and historic landmarks. With its gorgeous surroundings and top-notch amenities, Terracotta Retreat is the perfect getaway for those seeking a luxurious and serene vacation experience.

Casa Terracotta, a generous three-bedroom abode, comfortably hosts up to 8 guests. Its chef-inspired kitchen boasts premium stainless steel appliances, featuring a six-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The unique dining table sets the stage for delightful family meals, complemented by convenient bar seating options. The expansive butler pantry impresses with its generous countertop space, accommodating various tasks seamlessly. Guests benefit from a secondary fridge and the added convenience of a washer and dryer, enhancing their stay and ensuring utmost comfort.

The master bedroom embodies luxury with a king-sized bed, a fold-out queen sleeper sofa in the sitting area, a flat screen smart TV, and an opulent en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a spacious shower with multiple shower heads and a separate soaking jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation. The expansive walk-in closet provides ample storage, and a smart TV and gas fireplace create a cozy ambiance visible from both the bathroom and bedroom. In addition, the living room has a queen-sized sofa pullout, providing additional sleeping space for guests.

Casa Pennington is a spacious retreat with a restful king-sized bed and an adjoining sitting area featuring a flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchenette provides essential amenities, including a compact fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave, ensuring convenience and ease for your culinary needs. Additionally, the casa boasts a full bathroom with a shower, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Casa Coop, a playful retreat, accommodates an extra 6 guests with a Queen over Queen bunk bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for kids and the young at heart. This vibrant space is perfect for gaming or fixing a snack with a convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a compact mini fridge, adding to the excitement and enjoyment of the stay.

Introducing Casa del Avion – a brand-new haven where an open-concept kitchen and living room beckon. Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this property can sleep 8. Entertainment takes center stage with a pool table and foosball, complemented by plush couches for relaxation. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and bar seating.

Casa Del Sol is a unique Quonset-style cabin that can sleep four people. The industrial-style kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa for maximum comfort. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and there is a sitting area outside with a gas grill.

The outdoor oasis is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Guests can cool off or play a game of basketball in the outdoor pool, take a break and bathe in the sun on the patio loungers. The main patio features a large sectional couch, which is perfect for watching weekend games on the 60-inch flat-screen Smart TV. The state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen boasts a 48-inch commercial-grade grill, boiling frying pot, and Red Diamond Kamodo smoker.

On cooler nights, guests can light a fire or turn on the outdoor heaters to get some warmth and snuggle in. The six-person hot tub is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset and unwind. The additional covered seating area, called the Fish Camp, is perfect for dining al fresco and features a TV and dart boards. The spacious grass area is perfect for a game of cornhole with friends while the kids play in the hammock swing or the play structure.

Hill country get away

We cannot give you a favorable rating as there were a few discrepancies. the unit in one of the casitas was not cold enough. The kitchen had a throw rug that was a trip hazard. The pool was dirty as well as the hot tub. Some of the water faucets were broke as well as one of the lamps in he master bedroom was broke. The trash bin was a quarter mile away, seems like you folks are new at leasing this rental business, cause it shows. COZI will not be recommended by us.

Great location and hang out for small family reunion

We really did enjoy our stay at Terracotta Retreat Luxury Oasis. It accommodated all of us well and the common spaces were ideal for our group and our little family reunion for my dad's 90th birthday. The outdoor and indoor games were ideal for us as the weather wasn't always great but we were entertained when we weren't able to go out for sight seeing. Despite being a bit chilly, the pool still got used by some in the group. The property is very cool and the location was awesome. The Shady Lama was our favorite close by stop and we also enjoyed having the Lone Man Brewery and Wimberley for grocery shopping and eating so close by. There are so many more things to do in the area and nothing was that far. The Desert Door, Jacobs Well, Lady Bird Garden, Gruene, Fredericksburg and Canyon Lake were all outings that were easy to do and reach. The houses were stocked very well with supplies like shampoos, body wash and conditioner as well as kitchen supplies like paper towels, dish and dishwasher soaps, toilet paper etc. We also appreciated the coffee and creamers to get our week started. The beds were very comfortable and no one had any issues with their sleeping arrangements. We did have an issue with one of the showers and even though it was not something that could be fixed easily or quickly, the property management was very responsive to the issue and did their best to resolve it. Thanks for making such a memorable stay possible for our family!

Worth the wait!

We have not done a group trip since before Covid and it was amazing! The place is so spacious, plenty of rooms and beds galore. The management team was prompt every time for responses and making sure we were good. I would recommend this place for sure not only cause of space but the entertainment area was wonderful and well thought out! Plenty of room for activities!
