The rental was not as described in the listing, it did not appear as clean as the pictures. Also, the wall with the kitchenette on it had no power to it. The host must have been well aware of this because they ran an extension cord and surge protector across the floor to plug the refrigerator in. This was a major tripping hazard as we tripped over it several times walking into the bedroom. When I addressed this with the property manager, they were unable or unwilling to make the situation right. We ended up leaving a day early because I was afraid that since there was no power, it was unsafe and also the tripping hazard across the living room floor. I requested a partial refund for our inconvenience and was denied.
