Entering this self-contained apartment through the private front door, you’ll be welcomed into the bright hallway by way of high ceilings and an immediate sense of luxury. The opulent and elegantly styled lounge sits to your right, providing a space large enough to relax and unwind while catching up on your day of adventures. There’s a feature gas fire and an abundance of board games, should you wish to cosy down and enjoy everything the apartment has to offer.

Excellent in every way, location, comfort, cleanliness, parking, communication. Our return visit was as good as the first a year ago, and we will definitely make a third visit. Loved it. I would be quite fussy and expect a high standard, Edge Mere delivers in all respects. Love it!

A delightful stay

We so enjoyed our 4 nights at Edge Mere apartment. Very convenient location and a perfect property with everything we could wish for to celebrate a special birthday. Exploring the area by boat, on foot and by car was so easy and the shops cafes and pubs are right on the doorstep. A very relaxing trip. We would love to return.

Everything was great. Location, comfort,facilities,cleanliness. Do I have to say a negative ? Maybe just take note the short steep hill would be a bit of an ask if you’re not too good on your feet. That aside it was perfect for a whistle stop tour.

Amazing property

We had a brilliant stay at edgemere apartment. The property was spotlessly clean and furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The living room was large and cosy on a cold evening. There was a good selection of games which we enjoyed. The large island in the kitchen was a great social area for meals. Beds and bedding were super comfy with large head boards. Location couldn't have been better, very central and the addition of a parking spot was a big bonus. Booking through tarn escapes Ross responded quickly to our questions before we booked and was very helpful. Would certainly love to return for a second visit
