The lights in the room did not work. TV worthless. The room was very cold and took forever to warm up after calling for assistance. Not eager to accommodate us. Car park very difficult to find.

The hotel is conveniently located to everything. Parking is available but space is limited. There is a surcharge, but we paid for 24 hours. The next morning we checked out but left our car there for the day. Anoushka was working at the reception and was very helpful and kind. The hotel has a restaurant, but there are also many restaurants/pubs within walking distance. We toured the Windsor Castle the following morning and was only a few minutes walk from hotel. After touring the castle, we had lunch in town and walked to Eton. The room was clean and comfortable.

We choose a junior suite. The room looks tired and carpet could do with replacing. The bathroom was nice and recently refurbished. Unfortunately the toilet and hand wash basin was blocked. They managed to fixed the toilet issue but the the hand wash basin was very slow in draining. Overall stay not pleasant for the price we paid £325 for 1 night. I worked in hotel industry for 25 years I expected something better. Jose

Watch out for being over charged

Whilst our stay was enjoyable it seems I have been charged twice for our stay and the staff at the hotel seem vague as to how this will be resolved. This is an ongoing matter.

Our final night in England did not disappoint. Location is hard to beat. Close enough to Heathrow Airport for a less stressful return flight home. Courteous, friendly staff. Comfortable clean bedding. Delicious buffet breakfast. Overall, no complaints…

The staff was very welcoming. We arrived a bit early and they gave the kids a puzzle activity and candy as a “prize”. The rooms were very clean and a good size. The building has some older charm and is well maintained. This is truly a good value based on an excellent combination of hospitality, location and facilities.

Nice Hotel in front of the Windsor Castle

Very well localized, great room with a free mini bar e good milk to go with the coffee. When we arrived the kids got an Easter egg run from a cross word. The lady who checked us in was very kind.

A comfortable stay

Very nice room, comfortable bed, lots of choice with tea, coffee etc in the room. For us, the breakfast was a bit of a let down, greasy overcooked hash browns, average quality sausages, tepid beans. I would have expected to have been served at our table as opposed to self service. Having said that, we would definitely stay again, just eat out for breakfast!

Lovely welcoming feel. Having stayed there a few times now, certainly some bedrooms are decidedly better than others in same category. Breakfast could be a bit more varied, but does the job. Evening meals are good. Fresh milk in the bedroom fridge which is a welcome change to those awful longlife little plastic pots you usually get. Comfortable bar and seating areas.
