Friendly staff and a comfortable bed for the night

Our family arrived very late to check in, but we were greeted promptly by the front desk attendant who was very friendly even at such a late hour. The motel was clean, the beds were comfortable—very firm mattresses that some of us liked while others would’ve preferred a pillow top or memory foam mattress. We all slept well as the A/C unit made the room comfortable, and the motel grounds themselves were quiet. It was just what we needed: a clean room that we all felt comfortable in. We all were pleased and said we’d be glad to stay at the Kenora again in the future.

We were in Windsor for a celebration of life. The Kenora staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel is fairly noisy but we're from Windsor originally, so we were aware of the transport truck traffic. The beds were fairly comfortable and it was nice to have a mini frig and a microwave. The hotel was reasonably priced and we would stay again.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was large and clean. There was a bit of a perfumey air freshener scent that, while pleasant, was a bit heavy (I get headaches with heavy scents). In addition to beds, the room had a lounge and a nice sitting area with table and two chairs. Great value for the price!

Good points The room is spacious. The owner is friendly. Bad points There is truck noise. The furniture is old. Strange points About $40 worth of coins went missing from the envelope where I had collected $2 coins. I want to believe that it is not true. However, I am sure that the coins went missing from the envelope where I had put $60 in $2 coins. The coins went missing 2 days before I checked out. Until then, it was a perfect hotel for me. The housekeeping staff needs to be more thoroughly trained. Unfortunately, I will never visit again.
