The room is clean, big, but old, furnitures are limited to metal bed an old desk and small TV. The whole atmosphere was good, quiet and lovely.

Enjoyed our stay. The 2 bedrooms with a big shared table worked for us. Had problems that the swipe key disabled every day of our 4 day trip, causing us to run and up and down multiple times for the front desk team to get it working again. Forgot to enter license plate # in the iPad one of the 5 days, and we got a ticket. Aside with the everyday problems with the swipe card and the parking ticket, it was very nice.

Everything was quiet and fast, I only ask for attention regarding bath towels, there were only two in the bathroom, I believe that the ideal would be 4, since it was informed that there would be 3 people.

It was a student/college dorm, in a nice convenient location, rooms r pretty large with two seperate rooms in one unit with comfortable two double beds in each rooms. Washroom was clean. Parking was also nearby with two electrical charging ports. However, their bed sheets and comforters were very old and looked dirty as well as kitchen does not have any utensils and tiny tv monitors. I don't mind at all as their price per night was very very economical. Recommend to stay.

We appreciate the staff supporting us when we bring a boat for a weekend fishing trip and we can park the boat/truck close to the building and plug in our batteries to charge overnight.

This student housing and not a motel. The beds are very low quality and there are not TVs in the rooms. This is perfect for the young adults who travel on a budget. We were in Windsor for a concert and this was the last available room in the city. For this reason, we were glad to find sleeping accommodations. Would not book again.
