Staff were very friendly, however we arrived to be greeted by a huge pile of laundry waiting to be collected at the entrance. We were guided to our room, the bed and pillows were comfy, the bathroom however was a different matter. There were, let’s say body hairs on the floor, a hair on the bath. The floor was freezing cold and the hand lotion dispenser was empty and the bottle not in the best condition! Overall it was a nice walk to the centre and the breakfast was lovely.

Breakfast good , room size ok. bathroom layout not the best. Toilet tight against the heated towel rail, which could have been hot but luckily wasn’t on, toilet roll holder on wall behind the toilet seat because of the position of the towel rail and so needed to take the toilet roll off the holder to operate the flush.

We went as a mother and daughter, for my mums 70th. We couldn't fault this hotel at all! Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room we were in was well decorated and had all amenities. There was an option to park there, which we found useful. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. Would definitely recommend!

Parking was good and secure Bedroom was just ok but a bit gloomy and the furniture needed updating. Small details were missing like USB points. Overall, could do with updating.

The staff were really friendly anything you wanted they were happy to help . Breakfast was excellent , overall very good service . Only down point was the hotel is on the flight path to Heathrow but soon got used to it

A great hotel very well placed for visiting Windsor. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were very generous and delicious and the one evening meal was very good.

Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Staff really friendly. Great cooked breakfasts - maybe should keep breakfast pastries/fruit salads covered though. Evening dining meals were also excellent and competitively priced against other Windsor hotels/restaurants. Although slightly further out than other hotels looked at it wasn’t too much of a problem for us.
