First off, be aware....we booked a hotel room for 4 people (the listing showed a queen bed, but we thought there would be a pull out couch for the other 2 people). When we arrived, we were given a room with one queen bed with no way to sleep the other 2 people. When the owner said that was the type of room we booked, she gave us another room, but charged us an additional fee for the other room which actually would sleep 4 people. We also asked that night where to come for the "free breakfast" that was advertised with the hotel stay. We were told to come back to reception and that's where breakfast would be. When arriving back there the next morning and asking about breakfast, the same woman informed us that there was no breakfast because she didn't want to serve us stale food. So, then on top of needing to pay an additional fee for another room, I had to then take my family all out for breakfast. When booking a hotel, I calculate the cost of my stays according to whether breakfast is provided or not. So, this was very frustrating to me. I never would have booked this hotel had all the facts been transparent. Additionally, there was either a crazy person or a woman on drugs screaming outside of our room, with paper thin walls and door, cigarette burns in the comforter, and a door that looked like it had been kicked in at some point. I had read the reviews before booking and it sounded like this was a pretty nice place to stay, but I was not impressed with it at all.

Like- bed, linens & room clean. Dislike- room was dated, small, toilet & shower were in 1 room. Sink around the corner with sm microwave & old frig. Heater was loud but worked ok. Second time we've stayed in Expedia motels & have been put upstairs in older, dated rooms. Stair railing was shaky & hallway lumpy.

Old, worn out, but clean.

Heavy cigarette smoke in lobby/ check in. Old, worn out. But the woman at desk is sweet. Clean, comfortable bed and quiet. No soap in room. Tv remote broken, etc.

Didn’t like how much the office smelled like cigarettes. Overall loved how clean the room was for the dogs and I. Wish the shower stall had a light it was a little dark. But other than that everything was great.

Only gripe is the room was freezing cold. It’s 10 below freezing outside and they don’t pre heat the rooms, so for an arthritic disabled person was a challenge. Otherwise no complaints.

This is an older facility and appears well-maintained. The person checking me in couldn't provide a printout of my receipt and attempted to charge me twice. She said it was chemo brain fog, but she had waist-length hair, which makes me question the truth of that statement.

The room I was assigned had been smoked in, so I requested and got a different room. But the remote wasn't programmed to work for the tv and upstairs neighbors are incredibly noisy; left for a while and when they returned went at it again. Hard floor upstairs..? NOT a good idea! I can also hear them talking and whatever happens outside. Not happy 😒 and will not come back here. Refrigerator was turned off and there's no space in the bathroom for any toiletries.
