I can not speak for every room but we stayed in a pet friendly room, it was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. This property has provided a pleasant stay for all and I appreciate the hospitality. The only recommendation I have is to offer paper menus to the Garden Cafe for meal planning. Thank you for a good nights stay, we'll be back next year!

The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful. They answered my questions. The server at the restaurant was really nice. She was always checking on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I went to the bar for a drink and again, the bartender and server were ver friendly and kind!

Chiller for AC out of operation. Not told at check-in. Room was very hot. Turned AC down to chill while out to dinner. Still hot upon return. Went to desk - response from employee very terse that chiller was broken. We could leave if we wanted but he could not authorize refund and had to talk to manager on Monday. Already unpacked so we stayed in misery on first floor with one window open for air - other window had no screen. Really lousy night!

The chiller in the main building is currently not working, And after scheduling an out of town technician we are unable to get the parts because they are unavailable due to the supply chain. It sounds like our hotel desk staff did everything they could to accommodate your discomfort but you denied it. You can contact me direct if you have anymore issues.Thank you!
