Host understands he is in the Hospitality Business and took the initiative to make sure we had an agreeable stay. He was very helpful with check in. Property was completely as described and extra amenities where available, such as space heaters for the very cold Winnipeg weather we experienced. Our party of two couples was most comfortable with this accommodation.

I can't say enough good things about this host and property.Located in historic Osborne village staying here puts you in close proximity to everything happening in downtown Winnipeg.The property itself is in a beautiful building with secure easy access via the underground parking.Once inside a quick elevator ride takes you to the second floor where you find a very clean, modern accommodation that offers spacious living with a comfortable vibe.We found the building to be very quiet with tenants that were friendly and helpful.During our stay we did run into a couple issues that were outside the hosts control but when informed of the issues the host immediately roslved them and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was nothing short of memorable.The host was very easy to contact, showed concern about our comfort and level of satisfaction.The property is amazing on its own but it was the pride and level of professionalism the host extended to us that truly made our stay one that will have us returning.We highly recommend this property if you are looking for safe, clean, comfortable and modern accommodations with a host that cares about you and your vaction.

5 stars!! Heated indoor parking was a huge bonus with the -32 weather. Condo was exactly as described. Beautiful kitchen, living area, very clean and with everything I could have needed! Host was exceptional, making sure all expectations were met and truly providing the utmost customer service!

This is a spacious, modern, comfortable two bedroom condo. The bedrooms are upstairs. It was quiet and very comfortable, especially the beds which were SO comfy! The second shower stall is small and was challenging for my brother to use if he was washing his hair, but the tub/shower combo is there as well. The kitchen is really well equipped for a rental, and we appreciated the secure underground parking very much.

Really great to be able to talk to the host prior to our stay as he had helpful check in information. The place was clean, beds were comfy and a fantastic kitchen. The location was perfect to walking to numerous restaurants and a quick drive to the Canada Life Centre to watch the Jets. So much better than a hotel stay!

Absolutely wonderful property and location. Communication before and after with owner was stellar. Very modern condo, yet surrounded by heritage buildings. Property is 100% as advertised, no suprises. Excellent amenities within a 5 minute walk. Few was gorgeous very safe and eclectic neighborhood. In from Calgary for my daughters wedding, this property made my trip. I will absolutely return on my next trip to Winnipeg. I highly recommend this to anyone. FYI, I usually stay at the Fairmont or Inn at the Forks, glad I chose this property, for a special occasion. Even if on business recommend. Thank You

Egilio's place in Osborne Village was just the perfect spot for our Winnipeg trip. My partner and I had such a great time, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone.Egilio was an amazing host. He was so helpful and friendly right from the start. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, and he made sure we had everything we needed.The apartment itself was so cozy and clean, and it came with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was a big plus! The space felt really big, and there was so much natural light, which we loved. And the location is unbeatable! We loved being able to walk to all the great shops and restaurants in Osborne Village.Thanks so much, Egilio! We hope to stay here again the next time we're in Winnipeg.

Great condo, great location!!

Overall, a very nice condo. Nice size, good layout, great kitchen, beautiful living room, two very good bedroom/bathroom combinations. The building is very safe and secure (keypad access controlled through back to back doors entering building). Location is the best in Winnipeg .... Osborne Village is filled with many restaurants, bars, and shops, and it is a very safe neighborhood. The grocery store and liquor mart is a short two blocks away. All in all, you won't find a better setup in Winnipeg. Beds are super comfy, AC works perfectly, the condo is wonderful and Egilio is accessible whenever needed. We stayed a full month. We loved the condo and we loved our first visit to Winnipeg. And, again .... location, location, location. The best in Winnipeg. Walking to downtown was a breeze. Plus, we didn't need a car .... Uber is super efficient in Winnipeg. My wife and I highly recommend Egilio's gem of a condo!!

Comfortable, spacious, quiet apartment

We stayed here for several days with our adult son and his partner. The layout (with bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms) was great for two couples on different schedules. Nice location and we appreciated the underground parking. The apartment is attractive, roomy, and well equipped. Communication with Egilio was excellent and early check-in was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Egilio’s place. Location is great! Cose to grocery store, cute shops in the Osborne area and quick to downtown. Nice to have underground parking spot especially in the snowy weather. Unit is clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Customer Service!
