Great location for events downtown, especially at the arena. No food vending machines, you have to buy (very overpriced) items from the front desk. Parking is secure and covered in a parkade. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Hotel was clean, staff helpful but the glitch came over parking. We paid the overnight parking fee of $17.00 but when we arrived home, found a $75.00 parking ticket. They are working to void the ticket but it did put a damper on our trip.

Very tough area of the city. Maybe that’s why they had more questions at check in than at other hotels. Like, the name of your roommate. If you like absolute discretion you’ll have to be less than truthful about your partner. Didn’t think it was any of the hotels business as I’m taking responsibility for the rooms payment and damage deposit. Strange in my opinion.
