A terrible view from the window. The hotel website advertises having a pool and a gym. Neither of these is built. The staff said that guests could walk over to the nearby hotel and use those facilities instead. That isn’t really convenient. A lot of smokers near the entrances.

I am shocked to say the least! I traveled more than 8hrs on the road, with my family including my kids. Got to the hotel just before 10pm and I was told my booking was canceled. But, my booking was confirmed over a month ago and still valid on the app. Called expedia, the person I talked to did not even know what to do, gave me run around, kept me waiting until he finally hanged up. Didn't call me back. Out of frustration, waiting trying to figure things out, my wife was able to book a hotel as Sandman hotel didn’t have any availability according to them. We paid $380 more than originally booked as it was a last minute booking. Very disappointed!!! I need my $380 back.
