Check-Out Time Please check out at the time specified in your booking. Late check-outs are subject to a fee of $35/hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
Early Check-Ins Early check-ins are not guaranteed but may be accommodated upon request. Please inform us in advance; a small fee may apply.
Quiet Hours To respect our neighbors and other guests, please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. We have noise monitoring detectors.
No Parties or Unauthorized Guests Parties are not allowed. Unauthorized guests are prohibited. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and are subject to an extra fee of $30/night per person.
Parking: Please plan as you only have ONE PARKING SPOT. If you park on the street please check the city website for parking bans during the winter time or contact us for more information.
Property Cleanliness Please leave the property in a reasonable state. Excessive rubbish or messes may result in an extra cleaning fee.
Kitchen & Cooking Please clean up after using the kitchen. Ensure all dishes are washed, and dispose of food waste properly.
Linens & Stains We provide fresh, white linens for your stay. To help us maintain their quality, please:
- Remove makeup before going to bed. Makeup stains (especially foundation and mascara) can be difficult to remove. - Avoid placing dirty luggage, food, or drinks on the bedding.
Ensure pets (if permitted) do not get on the bed if their paws are dirty. Stained linens will incur a replacement fee. If sheets, pillowcases, or towels are excessively stained and cannot be restored, a charge will apply.
Eviction Policy Any violation of these house rules may result in eviction and a penalty fee of a minimum of $150. We have noise monitoring devices that track volume levels but do not record conversations. A violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

This vacation home is 1.9 mi (8-min drive) away from the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson Intl. Airport (YWG) airport, the closest popular airport to the property.
My arrival was difficult. I wasnât able to open the door, so I had to contact VRBO for help because the host wasnât responding.When I finally got inside, the place was only half clean. There were ketchup chip crumbs on the floor, something sticky on the wall, and several towels were dirty.This is my second stay at this location. The first time was much better. I would honestly suggest changing the cleaning staff for a more reliable team.That said, the host did apologize, and I ended up cleaning the place myself.
The place was a great fit for our family of 4. The bedrooms are nicely sized, and the dining, kitchen, and living room area is spacious. Supplies like soaps and paper products were plentiful and we appreciated the extras like the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee and tea selection. The unit is on the newer side and very clean, and the area was quiet. I read the reviews about being on the airplane path but we didnât find it disruptive and since the bedrooms are on the lower floor, we didnât hear it at all at night. If you happen to be outside when one flies over, definitely look up! Itâs interesting to watch. Also, the parking off the back lane made it super convenient to unload and load our vehicle.
Easy to find and access, great information provided by the host regarding the location, neighborhood and city! The home was spotless, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable.
Location was perfect, kitchen was well equipped. 1 designated parking space and street parking for our friends.I would recommend advising this a 2 unit building. Because of the picture of the front of the building I assumed it was a single family resident.We would consider staying here again. Communication with the host was excellent.Janet
