This historic Winona home has gone through a complete renovation to make your stay enjoyable. It is in close proximity to many of the attractions that make Winona special: hiking/biking trails, Winona State University, Mississippi River, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, Lake Winona, Saint Mary’s University, Minnesota Marine Art Museum, music festivals, the winter ice wall and so much more. With 3 cozy bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, this amazing property offers a comfortable stay for guests. The house features 2 bathrooms, complete with linens, shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer for your convenience. You'll find everything you need here, from a full stocked kitchen to an iron, a washing machine and dryer. Outside on the patio there is a gas fire pit with chairs and a gas grill. And don't worry about the weather, as the house is equipped with heating and AC to keep you comfortable. The house was so cute and cozy. Enough room for the family. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. My kids felt safe enough to walk to their grandparents house that was couple blocks away. The corner bar across the way was nice to get a drink at the end of the night. God willing we look forward to coming back for another stay. The location was perfect and everything was within driving distance. The backyard was beautiful and we got to see a cute little bunny.

Clean comfy and quiet

House was clean and comfortable. We'll sticked with needs. Older home with many updates. Stairs could be a little tricky for some, as it's an older home. Nice outdoor patio with chairs and grill. Pool and bar a block away but no added noise or traffic. Easy to get to most locations despite road construction. Street parking or parking pad in alley. Alley parking was a bit narrow to get into. Nice 2 night stay, will definitely stay again.

Perfect for Girls Weekend

We had a super chill girls weekend and this was the perfect spot. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and everything was easily accessible from the home’s location. The property itself was very well stocked and had everything we possibly needed. Host was very responsive and answered my many questions quickly. This home contributed greatly to the wonderful time we had catching up and relaxing and we are thankful for that.

Great vacation spot

We were in town for a few wedding. This house is conveniently located near just about anything you would need. It’s very clean inside and has the basic amenities to help your stay be more comfortable if you decide to cook instead of eating out. We would definitely stay here again.
