Take a break in downtown Winter Park surrounded by upgraded accommodations at this 3 bedroom has a bonus bunk room to sleep up to 9 people. And how can you not say yes to a rooftop hot tub and is pet friendly!
The lower level offers a private garage where 2 cars can be parked in tandem. The heated garage is an ideal spot to store all your skis, snowboards, bikes, and boots. Entering the townhouse from the garage, you will find more places to keep coats and shoes.
The second level contains the living area, where all the action takes place. In walking up the stairs, you come into the gourmet kitchen that has all the pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets that you will need to make that exquisite meal. If cooking is not your thing, have coffee in the morning, or wine glasses for the afternoon to enjoy on the patio and watch the people or enjoy the music sounds of Hideaway Park across the street during the summer concerts. Next to Main Street you can walk to all the fantastic restaurants and shops that are just minutes away. The living room has a large smart HDTV ready for your use with cable to watch all the games or stream your favorite shows and movies. The bedroom on this floor has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and wonderful linens as well as its own TV for your enjoyment. A hall bath is available on this level. Heading to the third floor for some rest after a fun filled day.
On the 3rd floor you will find the master bedroom, the second guest room and the bunk room. The master bedroom is a place to curl up on the king size bed with a good book or to watch your favorite RomCom on the TV to escape from everyone else. The en-suite bath has all the items for you to pamper yourself. Down the hall is the second guest room that has an incredible queen sized bed and its own TV for your enjoyment. The bunk room is every kid’s dream. It is setup with a single over a double bed and the perfect hangout place for kids of all ages. The hall bath has all the needs for everyone’s use on this floor. Should you need to do some laundry while at our home, we have full size washer and dryer on this floor for your use along with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Heading to the rooftop.
The rooftop deck has spectacular 360 Degree Views of the entire Fraser Valley. The brand new hot tub is fabulous to enjoy year round to take away the aches and pains of an active day, whether it be skiing, biking, or hiking the beautiful nearby area or just to melt away the everyday worries of life. The new natural gas grill is perfect for searing your steaks, roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus for the family dinner. Enjoy dining or just relaxing on the patio table on the rooftop, enjoying the views and mountain fresh breeze. NO air conditioning.
**IMPORTANT TO KNOW** Please note that for the safety of guests renting this property and to provide easy access to the hot tub, guest will need to be aware that Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may need access to this unit during your stay. The snow removal would be between 10am and 4pm access via rooftop.

Perfect place for our family ski trip!

The unit is so close to restaurants and hideaway park- walking distance- and just a short drive to the resort for skiing. We had an issue with the toilet on the main level- and maintenance was out almost immediately and fixed the issue. Communication with Stay winter park is very easy through text. We would stay here again and highly recommend for families!

Clean new nice condo. Great location downtown with access to the bus to get to skiing or around town. Not much space to sit around and visit and tight spaces. The heat ran a lot and the unit was really hot. Cabinets were filled with too many bowls and pans etc with little space to store food. I’d recommend this space to no more than 6 people.

The location and cleanliness of the property is great. The only fault is that you don’t get a code to enter the front door. You only get a code for the back door by the garage. And the garage is impossible to put a long vehicle in. So we had to walk around the building each time to enter. We asked for a code for the front door and we’re never given the code or even a response.

It was a perfect location for the blues festival in Hideaway Park. We had a little trouble with the codes on the doors, but nothing major. Overall, great property - nice deck upstairs to sit outside in the summer.

Clean condo close to ski bus kiosk.

This condo is clean and modern- but small. The seating for meals is only at a bar situation. Bedroom room is tight but beds are comfortable. Kitchen has many pans and gadgets if you can find them as they are stored haphazardly. Hot tub was not very clean. I would return knowing all of this.

Overall a very nice place !! The construction noise during the day was loud but if you're not there during that time it's ok. The barbeque grill was disgusting like it had never been cleaned and we had to unload the diswasher from the previous guest.

This property can fit so many people and is close to a great BBQ place. The hot tub on the roof will need to have the cover cleared and a path shoveled so try to do that during the day when it's warmer. The only thing I really didn't like was the lack of a dining table. We usually play games and eat together and this kind of made that impossible.

Great Spot with all the Upgrades

Our group enjoyed staying here. Lots of great surprises from a heated walkway to the hot tub, Bluetooth speaker, to non-stick pans and an insta pot. Made it very comfortable for our group. Our only issue was with the unmarked fire hydrant on the front side of the house. Didn’t see it late night and got a ticket, so watch out for that, but that had nothing to do with the space.

This unit was really easy to get to and location was great. Garage is a little tough to park in, but it does fit 2 cars. Property manager communicates really well and the unit is stocked the best for all of the places I have stayed in and I have stayed in a lot. The location of this unit is absolutely perfect. Denos Mountain Bistro is a 5 minute walk and highly recommended. You are right off of Main Street, and the shuttle stop for WP is basically outside your door.

Brand new place with all the amenities in a great location.

This place is fantastic. It’s right in the center of town close to a bunch of restaurants and shopping. There’s a ski shuttle that’s very convenient. There’s nothing better than coming home from a long day of skiing or hiking and having your own private hot tub to relax in. This place is great for a family or a couples get away with the 4 bedrooms all equipped with a queen sized bed or larger. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town!

Awesome place! Great in-town location with an easy shuttle to the resort.

This is a great townhome! Very well equipped and clean. Location is fantastic - within walking distance to restaurants and bars and an easy shuttle to the resort. We went snowshoeing one day and it looks like there is a lot of summer hiking and biking trails nearby as well. On New Year’s Eve, we watched fireworks shot from the park across the street from our rooftop, really cool! Overall, great stay! We loved it and we are already talking about coming back!
