The 10-person new gondola at Winter Park Resort is 200 yards from the lobby door of Founders Pointe. Take a break from skiing and walk back to the condo for lunch or to warm-up. Winter Park Resort Base Village also has shopping, restaurants, and bars for your entertainment. The free shuttle stop is located just across the street so you can ride into downtown Winter Park and back for free.

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 and is located on the fourth floor with views of amenities deck and views of the resort from the balcony. You will find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a microwave convection oven for making meals at home. This one bedroom at Winter Park Resort base has comfy seating and a queen sleeper sofa, with a flat screen tv.
