Ski Trip with CU Student

Great property with easy access to the Lyft/ski shuttle. About an 1.5 hour drive from Boulder. Picked up our daughter for a weekend ski get a way. Fantastic views and beautiful condo. Great communication with manager. We will be back.

So pretty

Me and my husband went for our honeymoon and stayed at this gorgeous house. We had an absolute great time. The house is close to everything you need but also feels secluded. The views are absolutely breathtaking. We could not recommend a better place!!

So Relaxing!

My husband and I visited Winter Park for our 10 year anniversary. The Byrd House was perfect for relaxing. We are missing the incredible view already. The house was cozy, clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all the amenities to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back!

Overall, our stay was good.

Overall, our stay was good. There are some cleanliness challenges at this property; I will not go too far into that...but here are some observations: The kitchen is that main issue; the oven has not been cleaned in, well, maybe ever. The oven hood was disgusting - caked on grease, again perhaps never cleaned. The dishes had dried food on them, not cleaned through enough, but put away in the cabinets. The garbage disposal was unplugged under the sink...??? - Just odd. The refrigerator/freezer (inside) - again maybe never cleaned; was not terrible, but dirty enough to mention here. The towels smelled like old water (you know, when you leave your laundry in the washer for too long), something in the order of that. The fireplace did not work - I contacted the owner, and 6 hours later got an email - I will try to send someone over - well, that never happened. Also, when we first arrived, there was a gentleman in the home vacuuming. He introduced himself as the owner, which was not a truth (longhaired young guy). He stayed there for 50+ mins, well within our paid time...come on man! Again, overall, our stay was good, and having stated all this, we would stay again, simply because it is a convenient location. I am leaving this review for you, the folks that will be renting this place, as I do not expect the owner to act on anything. And hey, why would he, its booked, who cares…I am sure is the inter dialogue.

Convenient, nice setup, nice hot tub, beautiful views. Needs deep cleaning!

The place looks great on line and was true to pictures. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the duplex. We recommend the property management group get a deep clean at least once a month. Freezer, coffee pot, cabinets, toaster oven, oven, utensils, rugs, furniture all need cleaning over, under and around.

For all those other parents out there who are looking for an amazing getaway I highly recommend this place. Amazing location, amazing home, amazing views and facilities. Its just an overall great stay very close to pretty much everything you will need.

Amazing House and Location

Fantastic property in a great location with regards to the resort and slopes. The house was well stocked with all the necessities and more. Well maintained and tidy. Check-in and communication was smooth and seamless. Great view of the holiday fireworks!

February Ski Trip

Great time here. 7 guys visiting winter park for the first time to ski and we really enjoyed the duplex. It was the perfect amount of space for 7, everything in the house was in great condition and location wise we really lucked out in regards to the resort. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Great weekend

Rented this property for a guys weekend getaway. Great dining room table was the focal point of the common area and a great place for 3 guys to battle it out playing poker!! View was great from the porch off the living room and from hot tub area!

Amazing time!

I stayed here with 8 other women on the weekend of July 26, 2019. The place was brand new and beautifully stocked! The beds were comfortable, the views were amazing and it was very easy to find. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and was extremely accommodating. We will be back!

Great place to stay

The condo was beautifully decorated. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace. This is a home the owners take pride in, not just your average ski rental. The owner Matt was very responsive to our questions and needs. He thought of all the little things you could need from K cups, to foil, to games, to extra towels for the hot tub. The shuttle to the mountain was just outside the condo.We had a great time during our stay and will be back.
