The apartment is situated on the upper floor of a peaceful residential building at the edge of the forest near Lake Hillebach, making it an ideal starting point for hiking and skiing. Located on the 2nd floor, it is accessible by stairs. A parking space is available in front of the house for your convenience.

This holiday accommodation is ideal for up to 5 adults and 2 small children. The living room features a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area. It opens onto a furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun throughout the day. Two parasols and a grill are provided for your convenience.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. The bedroom includes a double bed, a wardrobe, and a sofa bed suitable for one person. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, sink, and shower.

You can safely park your car in the garage or directly in front of it. The garage also offers secure storage for skis and bikes. A BBQ is available for outdoor cooking.




Surrounded by magnificent nature, you can take the challenge of mountain bike trails. You can walk to the Hillebachsee and enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, pedal boating, swimming, playing ping-pong or volleyball, and much more. In the winter it is a paradise for snow lovers. Either you can ski and sledding in Niedersfeld or in the fabulous, snow-sure Winterberg. By car, it is only 10 Minutes to the excellent slopes. The magical Hochheide lures hikers.

The bobsleigh run in Winterberg is 9 km from Niedersfeld. The Kahler Asten is located 12 km from the apartment. The Winterberg ski lift is 8 km away. Niedersfeld is very popular for travelers who are interested in mountain hiking, landscapes, and hiking. Shops: The center of Winterberg can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In front of the house, there is a bus stop, which you can easily use to drive to Niedersfeld's local center. Other shops are 5 minutes walk away. Pets: A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.Swimming Pools: Some accommodations offer access to a (communal) swimming pool, or a pool may be available nearby. However, due to energy-saving measures in Germany, swimming pools are currently not heated until further notice. Saunas, where available, remain operational as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.Deposit: A €100 deposit is required via a SEPA form, which will be sent to you before your stay and completed at check-in. This form authorizes us to charge up to €100 in case of damages.
