We are renting our Berleburg apartment on the first floor to you, which accommodates up to 4 people. Your apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom, all located in the newly renovated and restored rooms of the former Astenblick guesthouse. In addition, we provide all guests with the following facilities for shared use at no charge: a large kitchen with high-quality professional-grade equipment, a cozy restaurant (for our guests’ exclusive use) with a guest room that can serve as a breakfast area or lounge. A ski storage room and a large garden with a lawn where you can barbecue on a summer day, free parking, as well as free Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. Upon request, we can offer you a continental breakfast (for 20 euros per person). Enjoy a vacation in one of Germany’s most beautiful and charming low-mountain landscapes, in the high-altitude villages of the Sauerland. Our detached guesthouse, Astenblick, is located in the village of Langewiese on the Sauerland high plateau. In the newly renovated and restored rooms of the formerly operated Astenblick guesthouse, groups of 26 to 30 people can rent the entire house or individual apartments accommodating up to 2, 4, 8, or 10 people. We rent our apartments to you, which include the specified number of bedrooms, along with the specified living rooms and bathrooms, in the newly renovated rooms of the former Astenblick guesthouse. In addition, we provide guests staying in the apartments (excluding the Winterberg apartment, which has its own entrance, kitchen, and access to the garden) with the following facilities free of charge: A commercial kitchen with high-quality catering equipment, a cozy restaurant (for our guests’ exclusive use) with a guest room that can serve as a breakfast area or lounge. A ski storage room and a large garden with a lawn for sunbathing, where you can have a barbecue on a summer day, free parking, as well as free Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. Upon request, we can offer you a continental breakfast (for 20 euros per person).
