A tranquil retreat in a central location, this holiday apartment is perfect for a delightful getaway. Part of a new development in a small complex, it offers views of the Veltins Arena and is conveniently close to the piste and bike park. Additionally, there is a storage area for skis and bikes.


Located on the ground floor, this apartment offers a cozy and well-appointed living space. The living room, featuring underfloor heating, includes a seating area and a dining area. The sofa easily converts into a comfortable sofa bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A wide-screen TV is also provided. From the living room, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bobsled track and the chair lift on Kappe Mountain.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and kettle. The main bedroom boasts a large, luxurious box-spring bed, while the second bedroom has a bed with a pull-out option underneath, forming a "double bed" suitable for children or smaller individuals (one mattress is 90x200cm, the other is 90x190cm). A baby bed is available upon request.
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Outside, the patio is a delightful spot to sit and soak up the sun.

Additionally, the Erlebnispark, offering fun and excitement for all ages, and the Bikepark, perfect for cycling enthusiasts, are also within a short walking distance. This prime location allows you to enjoy both the serenity of a quiet stay and the vibrant activities nearby.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage.
