Wide glass doors allow plenty of natural light to enter and provide direct access to the balcony.Dining area: Positioned beside the kitchen, the bright dining area offers a pleasant setting for shared breakfasts, leisurely dinners or evenings together.Kitchen: The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a combination microwave, dishwasher and generous work surfaces. Its practical layout provides plenty of space for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a complete home-cooked meal.Main bedroom: The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and offers a calm, private space in which to relax and recharge.Second bedroom: The second bedroom features two single beds, making it particularly suitable for children, friends or additional guests.Bathroom: The modern bathroom combines comfort and functionality and includes a bathtub, separate shower, washbasin and toilet. The ski area is only about one kilometre away and can be reached quickly on foot, by car, or by bus. The lively centre of Winterberg, with its many shops, boutiques, and restaurants, is also within easy walking distance. Here you can browse, shop, enjoy a relaxed meal, or simply enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
For entertainment, numerous bistros, restaurants, discos, and après‑ski venues are close by, offering plenty of opportunities to eat, drink, and enjoy the nightlife. And for those who prefer not to walk too much, a bus stop is conveniently located almost right in front of the building, making travel around the area simple and comfortable.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one.
