Our spacious home is a testament to Winterport's rich history as a 19th-century shipbuilding and commerce hub. Walk across original wide-plank hardwood floors, admire the classic trim, and soak in the atmosphere of a true sea captain's town home.

The house offers three comfortable bedrooms with 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin-sized beds, as well as 1.5 bathrooms and ample living space. The bedrooms include large vanity mirrors and plenty of outlets to ensure you have all the "get ready with me" space you might need. From the upstairs King and Queen bedrooms you may catch glimpses of the historic Penobscot River out of the large bay windows, while you sip your coffee from the comfort of a rocking chair. Enjoy cooking and entertaining in the fully updated kitchen, and relax in the newly renovated full bathroom. There is also a convenient half-bath on the main floor along with an office, game room, and living room.
