Horrible noise day and night couldn’t sleep. The exhaustion fans sound like military choppers and the walls are paper thin. Can hearing running water, vent fans, people’s conversations, snoring, people having sex. Awful, terrible, “Daddy what is that? Are people getting hurt?” How was I suppose to explain that one?!?!? This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I would avoid this place. Too many other choices in town.

Thank you for providing us with your review. I am terribly sorry to see you have experienced a poor stay with us, but wish I could have had a chance to take care of the noise during your stay. For example; the fan is on a timer and was not supposed to be on, but technology failed us and it was on at 2am completely by-accident. However, between the fan and the noisy neighbors, I never received a call or a noise complaint so I was completely unaware of any of this taking place. As the general manager of the resort, I have my personal contact information posted everywhere (outside the main office door, under the public telephone, on all of the laminated postings throughout the property and, most importantly, in your room under the "after hours" section on the guest information sheets). Unfortunately, you did not call management nor the front desk which left us completely unable to assist you with the noise disturbance. Had someone reached out to us, we could have come down and turned off the fan and addressed the noisy neighbor. We are so sorry to hear about your experience, but really wish we could have had the opportunity to fix it while you were here, especially since we treat our guests like they are our family here. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience, I would be happy to make-up for your experience.

I didn’t like that one of staff at the desk was not wearing his mask properly—over his nose. Otherwise I love staying here. My favorite accommodations in the Methow Valley.

The room was wonderful. Lots of space. No clutter. Great view through the sliders. Modern, minimal, clean and spacious. Highly recommend.
