The space
Step into coastal bliss at this show-stopping two-storey retreat, perched right above Wirrina Cove Marina with sweeping sea and hillside views in every direction. Downstairs, you’ll find a peaceful lounge ideal for quiet mornings or productive workdays. It features a dedicated workspace, a curated selection of books, and comfy seating—a perfect hideaway to read, write, or catch up on emails. Three serene bedrooms are on this level, two with queen beds and one bunk room with two single bunks—each with robes and natural light pouring in. A family bathroom includes a deep bathtub, separate vanity and its own toilet, creating a spa-like feel after beach days or bushwalks.

Upstairs, an expansive living room greets you with plush seating, soaring ceilings, a cosy wood-burning fireplace, and full-length windows that frame the mesmerising coastal outlook. The adjacent dining space is made for memorable meals, while the gourmet kitchen—complete with 900mm gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and endless prep space—makes entertaining effortless. There`s even a third toilet and extra dining nook for added convenience.

The upper-level primary suite is your private haven, offering a king bed, large walk-in wardrobe, direct balcony access, and a convenient ensuite.

Step outside to discover the wow-factor: a private hot tub with glass balustrade views to the sea, a covered alfresco dining area, and lush, low-maintenance gardens that blend beautifully into the natural landscape. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

IMPORTANT SPA RULES !!Do not add bubble bath, soap, shampoo, bath bombs, oils, or any other products to the spa.

These products damage the spa water balance and filtration system and may require the spa to be drained, cleaned, and refilled. If any unauthorized products are added to the spa, resulting in excessive foam or contamination, additional cleaning and water replacement fees of A$500 may apply.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
