The hotel room was amazing the room was very open with lots of light for the sun. The only thing was the circle bed I couldn't figure out if the radio system work . This water park is kid friendly and is perfect for a budget

Overall, pretty good for the price. The rooms were in good condition, but walls are pretty thin. The pool set-up was great for my young kids. We went during the off-season, so I’m sure staffing is a challenge as we noticed there was no toilet paper or soap in the pool bathroom and there were no towels available in the pool area for a few hours.

Room was great. Other guests not so much. Hotel staff refused to do anything. There were kids running around the floor above us all hours of the night. The hotel pools were definitely not taken care of and could use some work, my child got cut from the water slide that is falling apart big still open to the public.

No where to park had to walk a very far distance to get to our room. Main pool was closed water park was very crowded. Half the lights didn't work in our room. Windows don't open so no escaping if there was a fire. Laundry staff was rude and always blocking the elevator. Couldn't watch tv because it kept cutting out. Shower never got hot. Also booked a balcony room and didn't get that.

The staff were so kind to me and my kiddo. The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean. Centrally located near lots of restaurants and activities. One of the pools was closed but the two that were open were clean and we had fun. The walls are very thin and we heard an awful fight in the room next door but I don’t blame the hotel. It has a fun charm and I think it was a good value for what we paid and what we needed.

My mom went with my kids she said the room was dirty when they walked in the toilet was used I’d had urine all over the seat. The blankets on the bed were dirty as well very upsetting
