Located in Badger Court at Spring Brook, this spacious, six bedroom home is the ideal large group gathering headquarters. The Bennett Chalet has three levels including a finished basement with a pool table and recliner seating ideal for entertaining guests. The exterior features 2 gas grills and 1 charcoal grill, large covered patio and a campfire ring located just off the deck for a great evening of S'more relaxation. Perfect for multifamily gatherings, it sleeps a maximum of 24 people.
The main floor offers two bedrooms (two queen beds and a TV in each room) that share one of three full bathrooms. Lounge your vacation away in the spacious living room which is adequately furnished with comfortable seating, a sofa sleeper and a large flat screen TV. It also opens up to the dining area where guests will enjoy the ultimate dining experience at the table for 14 people. The dream kitchen features slate appliances, two standard coffee makers, and seats six more at the counter. The open concept, common area is accented by knotty pine cathedral ceilings, a large stone wall fire place and ample room to relax comfortably.
The upstairs has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two queens, along with a TV in each bedroom. Additionally, the loft area provides two twin beds for added sleeping accommodations. There is a second full bathroom on the second floor for added convenience and privacy.
Take advantage of the finished lower level which boasts an amazing recreation room with pool table, wet bar and elevated viewing area with a 60" smart TV. The fifth and sixth bedrooms (two queen beds in the first bedroom and one king bed in the second, all with TVs) provide additional sleeping accommodations with yet another full bathroom to share. Wi-Fi is complimentary.
The Bennett Chalet is also a short walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 24, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.
