The Brown Family Condo is situated in Lighthouse Cove on the beautiful Lake Delton with 3rd & 4th floor patios allowing for views that just don't stop! Centrally located near all of the attractions offered by the Wisconsin Dells, this 2 bed & 2 bath condo is perfect for a family getaway, golf trip, or couples weekend.

This property offers peace and quiet without leaving the heart of the dells. It is a mere 5-minute walk to Noah's Ark!

This is a beautiful top floor property in Lighthouse Cove with views that don't stop. You will enjoy the kitchen that is complete with all the essentials and more and is completely open to the family room. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you can use the private beach and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge. Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Lighthouse Cove is a mixed used property that consists of 1/3 vacation rentals, 1/3 residents, and 1/3 weekenders. It's much quieter than the typical Wisconsin Dells resorts.
- Must be 21 years old
- We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without refund, anyone for breaking any rules
- No outside visitors during your stay

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest.
• NO SMOKING
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 people for 2 bedroom units and 4 people for 1 bedroom units. Unit 203 is limited to 2 people.
• Parking. Guests may park only ONE vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass containers be used, stored or carried into the pool room or into the fenced outdoor pool area. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool and spa areas. All diving and running in pool and spa areas is prohibited. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families.
Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use onproperty. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put in common area cans such as the one by the grills

We had booked the condo for a volleyball weekend, but unfortunately we got stuck in Hudson WI due to bad weather. Arrive at the pro the next morning. We were very happy with the. Condo. If we ever go back to the dells will diffently try to get the condo.

We left after 1 night, too dirty

We checked in and as soon as we walk in we see terribly stained & dirty carpet. It was so gross, we didn't want to walk on it. I have a photo and would attach it, if VRBO had that ability. The floors in both bathrooms looked clean but they were sticky, so walking on it with bare feet was gross. The clean towels in upstairs bath were still damp. The dirty carpet and sticky bath floors were just too much for us so we only stayed 1 of our 2 nights & left in the morning. The place is also much darker than the photos show, so because of that & the dirty carpet I took 1 star off for accuracy of listing. I had read one other review prior to booking where someone commented on the dirty carpet. I made the mistake of thinking it would have been cleaned after that review, but I was wrong. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc. so if you want to cook while you stay, it's easy to do & would save money over eating out. There were loud men in the parking lot all night, so we didn't get any sleep, that's why I gave it a rating of 3 stars for neighborhood. This was our first time at a VRBO. I was surprised to see we needed to empty the bath/kitchen garbage & take out the trash when we left. I messaged the host the next morning & told him we checked out early & told him about carpet/everything else. He messaged he would go to property immediately. Never received a message saying he saw the carpet, no apology & no statement that he would get it cleaned.

LOVED IT!

It was myself (mom) and my 2 sons (6 and 10). The place felt like home. It was quiet, which I like. It was close to downtown but you wouldn't even know it, as it's tucked back. The outside pool and hot tub was awesome. We spent lots of time, in our 2 days, there. The only thing I'd say to have different is to have a coffee pot available? there was a Keurig and i'm not sure if I was using it wrong? or if it was broken? I only got like a little bit of coffee at a time. And if there was a toaster. :-) but I made do. :-) I would go back in a heart beat!!

Location, location, location!

We stayed for four nights with our grown sons and their significant others. The condo had everything we needed. It was a little warm upon arrival but the air conditioning kicked in full force by the time we got back from dinner. The views from the two balconies are great and the beach at the property was really nice. The best part is that you are really in the heart of it if you want access to the major waterparks but still off the beaten path enough to avoid the chaos of the main area. We even saw deer nearby! We would go back here again for sure.

Two days in Wisconsin Dell.

We stayed in the property for two days while visiting Wisconsin Dells and family in the area. Overall the property is good and in a great location. At this price point it would be better if it included things like pool towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, etc. I know it is hard to keep rental properties clean but the carpet looked like it needed to be cleaned.

The property is great and in a great location. Started my morning with a cup of coffee on balcony overlooking the lake. Was a very short drive to anything and we even walked to Noah’s Ark the one day- only about a 10 minute walk and saves you the $25 parking fee! Clean properly. Overall great stay.

Great condo, has everything you need

The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, and surprisingly quiet. The pool could be a little crowded, but otherwise the shared spaces were good. Having an indoor pool is a plus for rainy days. The kitchen was well-appointed and had ever you might need to cook a few family meals. I loved the two balconies looking out at the lake - great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Also a great location - we were far enough from crowds but still close enough to walk to Noah's Ark (save $ on parking!) and a few restaurants. Quick drive to all the other attractions. We would definitely recommend this condo and would happily stay here again!
