Very misleading advertising. Our hotel was located 6 miles from the waterpark and in poor condition. There were bugs in our room, the bedding looked unclean, and no staff onsite. Dirty rags were laying in the hallway. Overall, I felt unsafe and booked another hotel for my family to stay. Mt Olympus should be ashamed of how they run their business.

Winter-better snow removal, parking, SUV parked in front of door C fire hazard to get out if needed. Cars stopped in front of entrance to water park with no one inside-should be for pickup of people not go in to find them. Road should be put in between building 10 and the entrance to water park instead of having to turn left on main road to turn left again a block away. 10pm-9am quiet time LOL kids running in hall sounds like a herd of animals at 11:30 pm.

Room was very dirty. There was garbage and food under both beds. Beds are very uncomfortable. I paid extra to stay in hotel Rome so we would be close to the waterpark and it was about almost a 10 minute walk to get there. Plus we were right next to the stairwell at the end of the hall so there was banging feom people going up and down the stairs all night ad well.

The room was NOT cleaned prior our arrival,and when we addressed that matter, NO ONE even bothered to take any responsibility. Additionally, we were told to clean the room by ourselves if we don’t like it. TERRIBLE consideration by this establishment!!!!!

There was a cockroach crawling around our room. On top of that, the TV was very small for the size of the room and the speakers were completely blown on them, they were absolutely shot. It was hard to even keep the volume on to watch a movie. The towels were also covered in lint, and what looked like toothpaste and blood. Would NOT recommend.

The hotel staff locked my family out of our room in the middle of the night due to a billing issue on THEIR END. Zero apology from staff at OFF SITE check-in building that we had to drive to to fix in the middle of the night with our 6 year old child. Will NEVER stay at this overpriced, overcrowded DUMP again. Lame watermark with lame slides and lame pool.
