Someone went in our room and left a ziplock bag full of cooked chicken that had mold all over it. Staff said they looked at the log for entry into our room and no one but us went in. We definalty did not put it there. Very unprofessional. Tub would not drain. The worst place i have ever stayed

We broke down on the road and booked a hotel room. This was not the place to do that. You check in at one building and drive 6 minutes to your hotel room. No shuttle. Very inconvenient when we don’t have a vehicle. No disclaimer on travelocity.

Bargain price / Bargin quality.

Over crowded tourist trap. Make sure you find out what building you’re in. They have many(10-30?) and not within walking distance to the parks that you get tickets to. Not many breakfast options without bringing food or driving somewhere else. Pricing was ok. Still much more (3x) than planned by the time all the fees were added, but in comparison to the other similar water park/hotels it was a 1/3 the price.

Way too noisy. We could hear everything from the the other rooms which seems they had party going on on every single room since the hall was way too noisy. As soon as we stepped in the building it smelled like weed. The blankets had a smelled that was not a clean smell which I had to call in and ask for some clean ones. They did bring them immediately.

I was content with rooms , could’ve been better

I booked 2 nights for two Queenbeds & twins bunk bed … the two “queen beds” Were actually full size beds and very hard and uncomfortable and the blankets/bed covers were very thin ! I was very itchy sleeping in the bed ! Toilet had poop stains in there from previous guests that were never cleaned ! Very small tv and stain on the bottom of bed and sink was stained ! If I were to booked at that hotel in the future I wouldn’t want to be in that building or any building similar ! Back in 2022 when I booked a couple nights with my family I had no problems the beds were actually Queen beds and the room was very clean and large including the bathroom etc !

Spring break mini vacation.

We had a large room. And great comfortable beds! The floor was a little sticky in one spot. But overall clean sheets/ towels. The water park was clean and not over crowded!

The double queen beds were horrible for sleeping. You could visually see they were slanted after sleeping in them for a few hours. There were dirty diapers thrown in the women's bathrooms along with the parking lot. The refrigerator in our room made a very loud noise every half-hour and well sleeping was not happening at all. Not a good experience at all.

The property was huge, we were staying in building 10 away from the waterpark, you did have to drive in order to get to the water park. There was no coffee maker in the room and there was no option to get coffee without driving somehwhere. The mirror in the bathroom someone had written a message on it before us and it was still there which means they didnt clean the mirror. Which made me wonder is they didn't clean anything else. The towels were super scratchy and so were the bed sheets. I wouldn't stay there again.
