    Sehr zentral, schöner Altbau, leider schmutzig, nur eine Pfanne vorhanden

    Positiv: Die Lage der kleinen Wohnung, die sich in einem schönen Altbau befindet, ist sehr zentral. Die Abwicklung mit dem Eigentümer war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Das Klappsofa bot eine solide Schlafmöglichkeit. Der Fernseher und WLAN funktionierte. Negativ: Die Wohnung war schmutzig d.h. ungeputzte Fenster, stark fleckiger Teppichfußboden, klebrige Küche (leider auch der Kühlschrank), Duschkabine sehr verkalkt und ungeputzt, lange Haare vom/von Vormieter/in auf dem Fußboden. Griffspuren an Lichtschaltern/ Türblättern. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mangelhaft, da nur eine Pfanne vorhanden war. Die Tischplatte des Schreibtisches war stark abgenutzt.

    Es ist etwas dünn mit Dingen die gebraucht werden.(z.B.keine Kaffeelöffel usw) Etwas Deko würde alles etwas aufpeppen.Mobiliar teiweise verschlissen.Hartboden wäre gut.Aber alles in allem zum Schlafen Ok,sehr nahe an der Innenstadt oder Hafen.Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Schnell am Strand.Preis Ok.
