Lovingly furnished in a country style, you are offered a feel-good atmosphere. A winter garden with a cosy, spacious sitting area and the large living room with open fireplace form the centre of attention for all guests. The holiday flat on the upper floor also has an eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed and a cosy room with a French bed (160 x 190 cm) as well as a bathroom and a WC. On the ground floor there is also a sauna, a bathroom and a WC. There is electric heating in all rooms and additional fireplaces in the living rooms.
There is also parking for three cars (approx. 30 metres away), a ski shed for the winter and sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and a barbecue for the summer months.

For skiing, stay right on the piste in the family-friendly Klippitztörl ski area in Austria. After fun on the slopes, you can relax in the hotel's own sauna or spend a few pleasant hours in front of the fireplace. The nearest shopping facilities are in Bad St. Leonhard, approx. ten kilometres away.
