Beach hangs, mountain biking, bushwalking, golf, shopping and cafes are at your convenience. Woonona, Bulli, Wollongong & Thirroul all accessible in under 10mins. Modern coastal furnishings with all the inclusions await you. Cooking facilities, fast WiFi (>100Mbps), washing machine, AC, TV, large deck with private yard. Dogs welcome. 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has queen bed, storage and sitting chair. Bedroom 2 is a versatile space including a TV, storage and queen sofa which can be enjoyed as a 2nd living space or converted to a 2nd queen sized bed. NOTE: Linen and bedding will be left out for you to assemble the sofa bed when and as preferred. This will happen automatically for bookings greater than 2. However depending on sleeping arrangements for 2, please request use of the sofa bed if needed. A porta cot can also be supplied with a sheet for you to assemble for an infant. Fully self-contained kitchen with cooking facilities including electric cooktop, microwave convection oven, pots and pans. Bathroom is equipped with washing machine and hair dryer. Outdoor spaces contain fully fenced yards, alfresco and deck, outdoor dining and deck chairs. Only street parking is available ie. no permanent on-site parking. Access the granny flat via the walkway between the two duplexes shared with neighbouring residents. Your retreat is located to the rear right of the property. Enjoy all amenities contained within your granny flats private and secure yard. The spaces are completely separated by secure fences so we are unlikely to interact unless you wish to. We will respect your privacy and will interact as preferred by you. When the sun's shining, take your pick of stunning beaches, with Corrimal, Bellambi, Woonona, and Bulli all within 5 mins and Thirroul and Wollongong within 10 mins drive. There are many options within walking distance of the property including Corrimal Village cafes, restaurants, groceries and boutique shops. Bus stops are located within 50m of the property with Bellambi or Corrimal train stations 3-5 mins drive away to enjoy easy direct rail links to both Sydney and Wollongong. With easy freeway access, trips to/from Sydney will take just 60 mins by car, while the buzz of Wollongong's vibrant CBD awaits only 10 mins from home.
