Nestled on the shores of Lake Illawarra with stunning water vistas and direct access to Koona Bay Reserve, this expansive property boasts an impressive alfresco entertainment space overlooking a sparkling swimming pool, timber deck, meticulously landscaped gardens, and lush lawns. Not to mention the property includes its very own soccer field for all ages to enjoy! The generous undercover patio area, bathed in sunlight provides the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings with friends and loved ones.
The Space:
Inside, the spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area seamlessly blend with the outdoor oasis, offering breathtaking views of the lake through expansive bay windows. A second living area on the upper split level provides additional space ideal for children's entertainment. Including a PS5 and Switch the kids can enjoy, while the adults delight in soaking up the serenity overlooking the pool and lake view.
Accommodating up to 8 adults, 4 children, including 3 queen beds, 1 double bed & 2 fold-out queen size sofa beds (in lounge room) this home caters perfectly to families or friend groups. With 2 bathrooms, everyone can enjoy comfort and privacy.
This property has conveniences abound, including fully equipped kitchen, split-system air conditioning, a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, and a spacious main bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, basketball hoop & balls, tennis equipment, 4 bikes (1 with small child seat) helmets, kayaks (x2) fishing rods (x2) including chairs to take and sit lakeside, lawn bowls, chess, darts, not to mention parking in driveway for 2 cars and plenty of off-street parking.
Chess, monopoly, briscula cards, playing cards, small poker set, puzzles, kids toys, adults and kids books all provided for your enjoyment.
