The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light. With the inside/ outside living space and large open doors to the private balcony, seamlessly connecting to a large covered balcony with BBQ. Enjoy alfresco dining or relaxing in the outdoor lounge area offering sweeping 180 degree views of the renowned Links Golf Course. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee from the Nespresso machine, lunch, BBQ with friends or family or a quiet evening with the stunning landscape as your backdrop.



Stay connected with high-speed internet, ideal for streaming, should you need to log on remotely there is a dedicated desk and ergonomic chair. The home’s modern conveniences make it perfect for both leisure and business travellers alike.

Once referred to as the “Beast of the East” due to its challenging nature, The Links has transformed itself into a golf course known for its friendly, inviting atmosphere and is an enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. With four tee options to choose from, the friendly golf operations staff will help you choose your own adventure to ensure you really do “Love the Experience”.



The Waterfront Shell Cove is a major coastal residential, commercial and tourist development located within the Shellharbour local government area. The flagship centrepiece of the area is the man-made in-shore Harbour and its surrounding waterfront precincts including a 270 berth Marina.



Shell Cove Harbour is the regions newest lifestyle destination and the perfect place to socialise, shop, dine and play.



With state-of-the-art marina berths and facilities, a public boat ramp and jetty, almost 3km of pristine paths and promenades, a vibrant town centre and a range of eateries and alfresco dining options at the Waterfront Dining Precinct, there is something for the whole family to enjoy.

-This is a strictly non-smoking property, inside, outside and in common areas.

-Mandatory fortnightly general house clean of AUD$450 for bookings over 14 days.

-Please remove shoes at foyer/laundry entry

-Please respect the young family neighbours of this peaceful neighbourhood with no outside dining past 9pm.

-Please keep noise to a minimum level at all times.

-No parties or events are permitted

-Any bookings two months plus incurs an extra clean fee of $450

-$175 fee for accidental lock out, lost keys or fail to return keys as per self-check out information





In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm the booking. The ID must match the name on the reservation before confirmation can be sent.



You will receive a secure link where you can safely upload the required documents. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation notice will be sent to you.
