This was a first for all the different VRBO bookings we have made. A one star rating is probably wrong because we never got to stay in the property. It is in a remote country location and when we arrived (5pm on a Friday evening) the roads were closed from both directions. Apparently fibre is being installed in the area.Apple Maps helpfully directed us to the other side of a field and said we could walk from there! We had no choice but to drive back to London. A five hour round trip for nothing. The property manager, Stay in Suffolk, were pretty baffled when we contacted them but arranged a refund and some petrol money.
