Gull View has recently been majorly extended and now features a brand new 70sqm open plan kitchen and dining family room, a seperate TV lounge, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

It is set in a beautiful location only a 10 minute walk from Woolacombe Bay and its famous 3 mile Blue flag sandy beach. With views out across to the surrounding countryside and sea views from upstairs.

The house is situated in a secluded and private garden and a large deck from which these views can be enjoyed. The 8 person hot tub is on the deck making the perfect place for star gazing on a clear night.

Inside the house there is lots of living space the dining/living room is a great space for dinners and for playing with the various board games there to play. It also leads out onto the large decked area great for dinner and drinks looking out to the lovely relaxing countryside views. The separate lounge is a great space to settle down in front of the TV and DVD player to catch the shows you can't live without. Free wi-fi means you can catch up with entertainment or friends online while you enjoy your break. The table tennis table is a favourite of those of all ages. The TV room also benefits from a wood burner making the house it a wonderful place to have a relaxing family holiday all year round.

The house boasts an includes a fully fitted kitchen with modern cooking facilities, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all of the items you could possibly need while you enjoy your holiday in Woolacombe. There is a separate utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs both are modern and fully fitted with a large walk in showers. Upstairs the bathroom has a bath with shower in it. The mastersiite has a bathin room and en-suite bathroom.gThe house has central heating, instant hot water, Freesat TV and a DVD player and WiFi/ The bedrooms come supplied with linen, towels and duvets. travel cot and high chair are available on request.

There is an off road, free, private car parking spaces for 3 cars.

Perfect house for a beach getaway

We loved staying at Gull View Cottage for our recent Easter trip to Woolecombe. The host was was very helpful and quick to communicate, and even left an Easter Egg each for our boys as well as scones and prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The hot tub was a real bonus and the veranda chairs were super comfy to relax in whenever the sun came out. The house was perfect for our needs and the beds were lovely and comfortable. Having two lounge areas was a plus and gave us space to relax while the kids were playing on the PS4 (which they were very pleased to discover!). Our dog especially liked the slopes in the garden but please be aware that the property is on a fairly busy road and the garden is not completely enclosed. The off road walk down to the beautiful beach was perfect for us (took about 15 mins) but the walk back up this route to the house was always a little tiring! Also the steep driveway was a challenging at times, especially with a fully loaded car! There is plenty to do in the area, and the Woolecombe Bay Hotel even has a small luxurious cinema which was ideal for a local rainy day activity. Thanks for such a comfortable stay. We’d love to return one day!

Lovely stay in a lovely place

Very comfortable stay in a lovely house with everything you could need. Great location and views. Walkable into town for restaurants and beach (15 mins - but the first section is a bit hairy because there is no pavement). Owner very helpful with recommended places to eat and visit. The beaches and surrounding area are just stunning. A really relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

Lovely base for Woolacombe fun

We loved our stay at Gull View, it was a 20 minute walk to the beach via the holiday park and the property had everything we needed plus more - toys for the kids, games, beach equipment etc. The decor was cool and the hot tub a great bonus.

Woolacombe cottage

Lovely property with everything you could want for your stay. Nice welcome with local tea & coffee plus scones, jam and cream for our cream tea on arrival. Lots of books and games plus (although we never used it) a wii console and wii game. Now TV available for films and tv shows. Hot tub was fantastic and the kids really loved this . It may benefit from cutting back the bush/hedge over the tub. There was a fan provided which was lovely given the heat for the week ( Maybe another would be useful too for the other rooms). Property felt homely and lived in, not one of these where you are afraid to use/sit down on anything. We thought the garden was enclosed, but it is just the decking area that is enclosed so dogs/small children need to be watched or tied up (dogs not kids). Access to Parking area was tight but manageable. About a 10-15 min walk to Woolacombe front but about 25 min back up the hill..... One issue was a triangular piece missing from the centre of one step down from the property resulted in quite a scary fall down steep steps when leaving one day. Minor cuts/bruises for me but if it had been one of the kids I would not have been pleased. This needs to be fixed quickly. It’s about 1/3rd of the way down and about 6 inches across so easy to see but also easy to lose your footing when descending with something in hand. Overall a lovely cottage. Good location and relaxing setting.

Stunning holiday home

Really enjoyed our stay in the house, It had everything you need and a lovely welcome pack. Lovely views from the decking and plenty of space and furniture to dine outside on those lovely sunny evenings. All enjoyed having a hot tub at the end of the day, The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. We would love to book again for another holiday.

Amazing property and amazing views

Location and views from this property are A*. There is plenty of space and the little extras are amazing. Simple things like toys for the children and a welcome tray with essentials. Amazing place and great comms with the owner. Highly recommended.

Very Well equipped property

I have never stayed anywhere before which has everything and the kitchen sink!! A definite home from home and for once a decent sized fridge in the shed as well as one in the kitchen! One point to note is the drive up to the house. It is very tight and we have a wide car so the bushes on either side did scrap the car and you have to be cautious driving up and then there is a sharp right up to the drive. A good prune would fix this though! The track down to the beach is perfect and easily found and if you go surfing you must use Woolacombe Surf centre as they were fab!

Lovely Easter stay in Woolacombe

After searching through literally hundreds of properties we settled on Andreya's lovely home in Woolacombe. From point of booking Andreya was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We absolutely loved our stay (5 adults and 2 dogs), the beach is a 10min walk away... and what a beach!!!! The house itself is has everything you would want for a very comfortable stay including a beautiful view out to the countryside. The hot tub was the icing on the cake for us particularly when the evening temperature dropped. Andreya made the stay special by welcoming us with a selection of lovely provisions including a bottle of wine. Highly recommended if you're looking for a seaside break. Thanks Andreya!!!

Super family holiday home with a beach feel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gull View, it has a homely beach feel to it with lots of extra's. The children enjoyed the trampoline in the garden and playing with the toys and games. The adults made good use of the hot tub, a real touch of luxury! We did not watch any TV at all, we played games in the evening, there were lots to choose from. The owners are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, any queries we had were dealt with very promptly. My husband explored and found a safe route to the beach, it is not safe to walk down the main beach road with children. We turned left out of the house and crossed the road following a footpath down to Woolacombe. We rented a beach hut and stored body boards/beach stuff in there. Our 13 yr old Labrador had trouble with the very steep steps up to the house but he did manage! Gull view is unique, it has the warmth of a family home which helped to make our holiday relaxing and fun.

what a find!! Charming property full of character with stunning views. Fully equip with everything you would need for a family holiday from toys in the cupboard to a pushchair in the outhouse. Would defiantly recommend and would definitely return!!!

An amazing week away, we will be back!

We spent a marvellous week in Gull View and can't wait to go back again. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. From beach things to children's toys and books. To board games and even some cooking essentials. There is an endless list of recommendations of where to go and where to eat. We had a fabulous experience before, during and after our stay. We have already highly recommended this property!
