This charming beach house, literally on the dune at Wooli, has been in the same family since the 1920s. The original beach cottage, now one of four bedrooms, leads to a private
courtyard and BBQ area. The beach is directly in front. The modern main house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, tastefully decorated bedrooms, a bathroom, and a
spacious living area. An open-plan kitchen/dining area flows into an outdoor entertaining space.
The beautifully created garden, walkway, and outdoor shower area enhance the property. It is a short walk to the river, dive centre, cafe, and Bowling Club, with courtesy bus
services from the Wooli Hotel and Wooli Bowls Club.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- This property is NOT Fenced
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
