Its ok to get your head down. Bed was really comfy. The bathroom looked like something youd get in prison and there was a spray stain up the curtains and window. Doesn't really bother me but thought id share.

We thought that this might be the best stay in Wrexham but our expectations disappeared once we’ve checked in. It really needs improving and upgrading to at least other basic standards like mixer taps, painting etc. Don’t think you will get repeat customers if no improvement will take place

Staff were excellent, could not be more helpful. Rooms however are in a terrible condition particularly the bathrooms. These need an overhaul now, not next year, next month, next week,,,,Now.

Pay extra to stay somewhere else.

Couldn’t check in 15 minutes early so we could make the Wrexham match on time. Something nasty on the wall in our room and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke after a shower.

Arrived to a dirty cold room. The main light didnt work, tbe radiator didnt work and was hanging off the wall and the tv had no remote. Reported all this to reception and they said there was no remote and would move me rooms the next day.The next day came and they said no one had told them about it and they had no other rooms to move me to. Nothing like the website the place is run into the ground and needs a full refurbishment.Worst place ive stayed in working away for 27 years.

The hotel is literally in the center of town, and the facade and bar are charming. The churches and shopping nearby are lovely. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you are there to see a football game, the stadium is an easy 20ish minute walk away, and you will be in good company walking with other fans. However, the bedrooms are old and in need of renovation. The bedroom part of the hotel lacks any charm at all. The rooms are fine if all you want is a place to sleep, but you may not want to hang out in them.
