You are greeted by a cozy covered front porch that is furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas - a perfect space for entertaining or relaxing! Inside, the open concept living space maximizes the square footage of this beautifully updated condo. Hues of blue create a soothing coastal atmosphere that seamlessly blends the interior with the natural splendor that surrounds it. The remodeled kitchen offers gorgeous stone countertops, updated appliances, and wonderful storage including a wine rack. Whether you choose to craft your own home cooked meal or order it in, this kitchen is the perfect setting for an intimate dinner. If spending time in the soft ocean breeze is more your speed, then pull up a seat at the outdoor dining area on the spacious patio. This space is ideal for grilling or dining with a sunset view over the Intracoastal Waterway.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and offers guests privacy with an ensuite bathroom. Guests or junior members of the family will have comfortable accommodations in the guest bedroom with two twin sized beds and access to a shared hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms are designed with unique shiplap and exquisite tile features. Although the interior of “Wright by the Water” is amazing, the outdoor space is what truly maximizes the perks of island living!
An outdoor shower is helpful to wash away that pesky sand after a day in the sun and there is outdoor storage for your beach equipment. The public access to the Intracoastal Waterway is in your back yard and makes launching kayaks and paddle boards a breeze! The public beach access is less than a block away so no matter which direction you go you are “Wright by the Water”. Take a short walk and grab a coffee at Sundayz, enjoy a pier view dinner at the famous Oceanic Restaurant, or pick up some local gear at the South-end surf shop. Although this amazing property feels secluded you can easily walk or bike into the heart of Wrightsville Beach to experience the hometown bars, local grocery store, or some casual dining options. Stay Requirements: Minimum of two-night stay year-round.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Twin.
Parking: The driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles. Located off of Water St. side of property
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.  
Prohibited: No Smoking, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Lovely place to stay

The house was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 medium sized dogs. It was clean and everything worked. The fenced in patio is a good size and we were comfortable leaving our dogs out there. There is a lovely view of the sound and a small beach access into the water there. A very short walk across the main street takes you to the ocean. The house is in a quiet section with minimal traffic. We had a great time!

We enjoyed this perfect location. We walked to beach to surf and sightsee. Everyday we walked to and had coffee and fruit bowls from SUNdays located just a block away. The property had plenty of room and everything supplied for a great time. The area itself is a little less congested than the North end which we favored.

Soundside bliss

Perfect place for our family of four to spend a weekend. Very comfortable and a beautiful place. The outdoor spaces are fantastic. Glad they allow for our pet to stay, the pet fee for the two nights was a bit steep.

Perfect location

Gorgeous view of Intercoastal Waterway. Patio about 90 yards fron Intercoastal and only 2 block walk to ocean. Clean and updated. Needs grout cleaning in hall and grout repair in master, but still nice. Would go again.

Loved the amount of space, space arrangement, patio, and waterview. Easy short walk to beach. Property managers so responsive when we contacted them about an issue that they fixed. Suggestion: upgrade and clean everything in kitchen cabinets.

Terrific 2 bedroom apartment in Wrightsville Beach

My family gathered in Wrightsville Beach for the 4th of July week. The four of us had a great time. We enjoyed the public access beach on the Inland Waterway as it was less crowded and the water calmer. In the morning, we really enjoyed the ocean, only a 200 yard walk from the patio. As an electric car owner, I also appreciated the Level 2 charger. This was a huge plus as we prepped for our return home. Only caveat - there is no indoor table for 4 folks to dine. You can stand around the kitchen island and try, but it didn't really work. We had to dine outside every night, which can be unpleasant due to mosquitos and very humid temperatures.
