Amazing Reception service

It all start with arrival and we feel a very big welcome with a smiling lady and did nice talking about what to do and expect. Amazing quiet room with more than you can dream off ex kettle and coffee machine free diff types of water and much more.

Movenpick's location is right across the street from the train station. The hotel is not only in a perfect location, but it's also extremely clean, modern and classy. This really is an excellent hotel from beginning to end. I without a doubt give Movenpick my highest recommendation.

The hotel is very nice overall. Spacious rooms and nice restaurant and bar. The spa was not fully functional in the morning and the carpets in the corridors smelled. Also the staff wasn’t sure about parking around the hotel which was a bit weird and we needed up getting a parking ticket. I think it is good that the staff know about the parkings around the area.

Rooms are clean and spacious, also it's newly renovated which is great. There was a evacuation alarm incident, a bit inconvenient but thankfully a false alarm. The staff are friendly and the cafe downstairs is amazing. Breakfast is ok.

Restaurangen saknar servicekänsla. 1. Kvinnan som serverade saknade fullständigt kunskap om vin. Rar. 2. De serverade 8cl av mousserande per glas på vinlistan. Trots Europastandard på 10-12cl/glas. De angav inte cl på menyn. Inget topphotell direkt som gömmer antal centiliter. Ockrade på en icke standard champagne. 2. lämnade aldrig Kvittot utan bara förnotan. När vi bad om kvittot blir vi idiotförklarade. Alla andra restauranger har då gett oss kvittot. Restaurangerchefen kommer också fram och sälger att flrnoran är fiskal!!! Vi säger det kan den inte vara för vi har inte betalat när vi fick den!! Nyrenoverat hotell och usel service k restaurangen. Superbesviken. Vi valde bort frukost och inga fler middagar.
