The Space:

The units have one bedroom, where you will find a comfortable and large double bed, a cabinet and a mirror. The living room has a sofa bed for two people to sit on for a snack at the table, or to relax with your favorite programs on cable television. There is also a roomy closet with an iron, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and standing clothes dryer, as well as a dining table with chairs. Meals can be conveniently prepared in the functionally equipped kitchenette - such appliances as a microwave, toaster and capsule coffee machine are available. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries kit awaits guests, along with a shower, towels and a hairdryer. The apartments also feature air conditioning and a washing machine. The units have furnished balconies, allowing guests to drink their morning coffee outdoors in a pleasant atmosphere overlooking the green and peaceful neighborhood and urban landscape. The interior design is dominated by subdued shades of gray and beige, and wooden accents take care of adding variety to the composition.
