The guest suite with it's open plan design has a spacious accommodating feel which communicates directly to the rear garden and patio area. The suite has been built to a high standard with particular attention regarding the insulation materials which privides a cool living space in the summer and warm and cosy space in the winter. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 large double rooms and a smaller room with the bunk beds. The suite offers a fully fitted family sized bathroom with walk in shower, bathtub, w.c. and sink . The covered patio area has a billiard table and seating area for dining out which overlooks the garden where you can find different zones including the BBQ area, darts, exterior shower and a utility room.
The 8 x 4 meter pool which is private and non shared is located on the superior level of the plot it is a secluded area and surrounded by trees.

Luxury Villa

After a 4 night stay in busy Valencia we retired to this beautiful Villa in the hills above the town of Xativa for some R&R. The photos don’t do the property justice - from being welcomed at the gate to being given a detailed tour of the property and how everything worked. Dan the host is a star, the perfect balance between keeping out of the way for our privacy and always being just a quick WhatsApp message away from answering any of our daft questions “how do we open the washing machine”! We spent our time balanced between the pool which sits on a terrace above the property and visiting the nearby town for sightseeing and eating out. Highly recommend and thank you Dan again for making our stay so enjoyable

Family holiday

Dan was an excellent host, offering great advice about local things to do. Xativa and it’s castle, centre and nature reserve kept us busy locally but Valencia is also a great city to visit

Tidy villa with lovely town nearby

Had four days of sun before the thunder storms arrived. The villa is very well presented and the pool is lovely. Daniel was very helpful, approachable and full of suggestions for sightseeing. The highlight for us was the town of Xàtiva and its central avenue, restaurants and, of course, the castle. Our one gripe is that we weren’t aware that the owners lived on site as this wasn’t spelt out on the homeaway entry for the villa so wasn’t as private as we would have liked. For example, the enticing outdoor shower is overlooked.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children aged 9, 6 and 20 months) and stayed in this villa for 8 nights. We had a lovely time. The villa is fantastic; beautifully furnished and perfectly well-equipped. We had a couple of days out to Valencia and Oliva but the most enjoyable parts of our holiday were the times spent at the villa, either in/around the relaxing pool area or eating, drinking and playing games on the patio. Perfect family holiday if you are able to create your own entertainment and enjoy relaxing in the hills away from it all. Finally, the host, Daniel, and his wife are brilliant. We had a minor incident where our 20 month old required medical attention and they were on hand to help with a trip to the pharmacy and even accompanied us to the local clinic and assisted in translating for us. We were very grateful and appreciative of their help and kindness. Daniel has thought of pretty much everything to make this holiday an enjoyable experience. He has built the villa to a high standard to reflect the climate and is extremely knowledgeable about the area should you require any information. Enjoy!

Perfect Place to Chill or Explore

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 9 nights and it was amazing. Daniel was the perfect host and the villa was perfectly positioned ... whether chilling by the pool or exploring the medieval town and surrounding area. Would highly recommend a visit to the castle, simply amazing. The villa had everything you could possibly wish for and more besides ... very modern and well equipped. Perfect holiday ... would highly recommend.

An impressive property and the most helpful owner.

This is an extremely well presented house situated in the hills surrounding the lovely town of Xativa. The level of care and attention that's been given to this property is more than evident and Daniel the owner has really done a great job to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for his guests. The house and plot are spacious with lots of areas to sit and relax and the pool area is extremely well maintained. Daniel is a very nice person and really was more than helpful during our stay. He gave us a lot of useful information regarding supermarkets, restaurants, parking in Xativa, walks and interesting things to see, including the Cova Negra and the famous castle. We were a group of eight and stayed at the house for ten days during the last two weeks in August 2018. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

A Fantastic Holiday Home in a Beautiful Location

This may be the nicest accommodation I've ever stayed in! It most definitely 5 stars! We booked the villa for my Hen do and it didn't disappoint. The house is stylishly decorated, has amble space and is stocked with everything you can possible need in your home from home. Dan was the most helpful host ever. From giving us directions to any where we might want to visit, to getting us coals for the BBQ, ordering us Taxi's and bailing us out when we got stuck in town without a way to get back to the villa. (Thank you so much, you've been a star) The villa was immaculately clean and is perfect for many different groups of holiday makers. Xativa is not the most traditional tourist area (not an English speaking area) the people were super friendly and could have done more to help us at the supermarket, in the train station and giving us directions. There is an amazing castle which is well worth a visit to get some stunning views. I would highly recommend the area and definitely the accommodation.

We stayed as a group of 9 adults at the villa to attend a wedding/turn that into a holiday in August 2016. The villa is nicely decorated and spacious. The pool area is particularly nice and a lovely touch. Having your own pool is a lovely luxury. The villa is situated a short drive from xativa town, there were lots of bars and restaurants around and loads of supermarkets. You would definitely need a car though, but there is ample parking at the villa. We had 4 cars and it was no trouble at all. Dan, the owner, was really helpful with recommendations of places to eat and offered to book tables for us. In fact, Dan was great at answering any of our questions as we kept in contact over whatsapp and he actually lives on the land in another house. Was very handy! The villa is very well stocked with cutlery, plates etc, and it was lovely to have access to a dishwasher with that many people as we ate in most evenings. For us the only small things that stopped the villa being a 5* was that there was only air conditioning in the lounge areas. This was lovely but it meant it got very warm in the bedrooms overnight, even with a freestanding fan on. The only other thing we missed was an area where we could all sit together to eat in the evenings without moving furniture around, which we were reluctant to do because we didn't want to cause any damage. We would also recommend that you check the arrangements for cleaning the villa, which I believe is not included in the price. We had a misunderstanding as we left which Dan was really good about and sorted quickly, but very nearly left us paying more than we had anticipated. Overall though we had a great stay and a lovely holiday and would recommend this villa if you're looking for somewhere in this area of Spain.

A Fantastic Place to Stay

Daniel's property could not have been more perfect for the holiday I had in mind. I wanted to escape to a place with a big group of friends for a memorable birthday - and the villa absolutely delivered in every way! The private mountain setting is great, super-relaxing; the house itself had all the space we needed (and more) - and we especially loved the terraces where we spent most of the evening time. Daytime was spent around the pool area which is really well maintained and a superb sun-trap (suntans all round!). You do need a car to get into town to stock up on food and drink, but the journey itself, up and down the winding mountain roads, is a memorable experience in itself! Daniel was on call for anything and everything we needed (car transfers and shopping advice mostly) and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We didn't want to leave. Ali

Nuevo Lodge is a great villa in a good mountainous location.

My family of 8 stayed at Nuevo Lodge for a week in May 2016. The house was clean and very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was ideal for my 2 granddaughters aged 1 and 4. They had plenty of space to play and run around. The owner was really helpful and gave us plenty of tips for days out and local places to eat. We had days out to the beach, visited a zoo in Valancia and had a couple of days just relaxing by the pool.

Einfach traumhaft

EigentĂŒmer Dan und seine Familien wohnen auch auf dem GrundstĂŒck. Wir sind am Anreisetag erst spĂ€t abends angekommen. Dan hat auf uns gewartet und uns alles gezeigt und erklĂ€rt. Das Haus ist so liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Man fĂŒhlt direkt wohl und ist sofort in Urlaubsstimmung. Der Pool wird (wenn nötig) tĂ€glich gereinigt und sauber gehalten. Dan und seine Familie schaffen es unbemerkt mit uns dort zu leben. In den 12 Tagen hatten wir totale PrivatsphĂ€re und fĂŒhlten uns immer alleine auf dem GrundstĂŒck. Bei Fragen oder Problemen reichte eine kurze Textnachricht und es wurde sofort geantwortet. Wir werden das Haus und die Gastgeber in guter Erinnerung behalten und bestimmt irgendwann mal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr Alles.

Super relaxed

De gehele accommodatie is in een goede, schone staat. Je kan hier ontzettend goed tot rust komen, lekker weg van de grote drukte. Wij hebben hier in de regio bijvoorbeeld GEEN andere Nederlanders gezien. De stad Valencia is een kleine 45minuten rijden, Alicante ca 1,5uur. Beiden dus nog super goed te doen. Verder geen opmerkingen, gewoon waar voor je geld.

La casa estå muy bien,como aparece en las fotos. Dan es una persona muy amable y te ayuda en lo que necesites. Pasamos 12 días estupendos disfrutando de la casa y tuvimos intimidad desde el inicio. Nous cherchions un endroit calme et privĂ© afin de nous reposer aprĂšs une annĂ©e Ă©prouvante de travail et de mauvais temps , dommage que se soit un peu loin de la mers . Unser Familienurlaub

Vorab möchten wir sagen, dass Daniel ein ganz toller Gastgeber ist. Hilfsbereit, sofort zu Stelle wenn man ihn braucht. Dank Google Übersetzer war die VerstĂ€ndigung ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem fĂŒr uns. Das Apartment war genau so, wie in der Beschreibung. Bei richtiger Nutzung der Klimaanlage waren alle RĂ€ume immer gut gekĂŒhlt. Die Außenanlagen war sehr gut gepflegt. Das Highlight war fĂŒr uns der Pool. TĂ€glich hat Daniel den Pool und Terrasse gereinigt. Absolute Ruhe und alles fĂŒr die Familie alleine. Was man braucht ist definitiv ein Auto um in die schöne Ortschaft Xativa zu kommen (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) oder zum Einkauf. Auch zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch der Burg. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt - auch dank Daniel.

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines dans la maison de Dan. Magnifique maison, la cerise sur le gĂąteau, une superbe piscine privĂ©e. Dan est trĂšs Ă  l’écoute, agrĂ©able, super hĂŽte. TrÚs bon séjour

Wunderschönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft mit allem Komfort. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr stylisch, modern und funktional.
