NARANJOS I-II complex consists of two high-rise construction blocks with a lift, offering a large landscaped common area, a large swimming pool with a cordoned-off children's pool, paddle tennis court, basketball court and handball court. Located on Avda. de la Mota No. 39, in the North area of Xeraco beach, just sixty-five metres from the fine sandy beach. Very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.



Beautiful apartment, all in perfect condition, with two bedrooms, a main bathroom with shower, additional toilet-shower, independent kitchen with dishwasher and cosy living room with access to a large terrace with South-East orientation awnings with fabulous sea and mountain views. From here, via some stairs, access is gained to the private top-floor terrace with furniture and barbecue. Includes covered parking space.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!



Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and vacation of accommodations will be done before 10:00 am. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.



Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
