Cozy ground floor apartment, in the first line of the beach, located just behind the dune of the beautiful Xeraco beach. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a full bathroom with a shower tray and a living room with an fully equipped American kitchen, including a dishwasher for greater comfort. It has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Offers WIFI service, and AC (cold/heat) in the living room. It has mosquito nets on all windows.
It has a lovely terrace with awning, table and chairs, and a chill-out corner, where you can enjoy the sea breeze. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a quiet beach holiday. Capacity 4/5 people.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

Alles Gut!
Gute Wohnung direkt am Strand. David hat alles gemacht, dass wir trotz Problemen mit dem Flug super in die Wohnung gekommen sind. Davis, Du bist der Beste. Im Oktober war in dem Ort schon sehr leer, dafür hatten wir den Strand für uns fast alleine. Zum Glück hatte der Supermarkt (Spar) noch geöffnet.
Die Innenausstattung der Wohnung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch völlig ok. Betten sind klein (80x1,90), dass Doppelbett ist noch enger. Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand!
