Joan was helpful on the front desk. He went out of the way to makeover stay comfortable he booked the tickets. He speaks good English overall, we were happy with the place. Will highly recommend anybody with family or business.

Location was sightly far off the metro station but still manageable. Many food options and shopping options nearby. 1 slight complain is that the room is not entirely insulated by the horns of cars by the roadside.

Home in Xi'an

We didn't have to go back to Xi'an, but my husband loved this hotel so much, we made a quick stop by in Xi'an, so he could experience this hotel again. It's a great location, close to the wall, close to local food center. We loved hotel staff as well - exceptional service. Now we feel it's a home base if we return to Xi'an again - good feeling to have!
